International Orders :
Payment information for the international orders There are 2 ways of payment for international orders:

  1. Credit Card: We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, via telephone and through the secure website shopping cart.
  2. Wire Bank or Swift Transfer : Using paypal or bank transaction

* Please confirm item(s) availability with us via email or you can order through our shopping cart of online shop. If the item is available, you can place an order at our online shop or by email with your firm commitment to purchase with payment information.

* It takes 1~2 day to confirm your payment using paypal. Bank transaction takes 1~3 weeks. Credit card payment is confirmed immediately.

Credit Card payment :
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, via telephone and through the secure website shopping cart.

Wire Bank or Swift Transfer :
Wire Bank or Swift Transfer. This payment option is an efficient way for paying than using a credit card. Here are the guidelines and procedures for a bank transfer:

  • Place your order using our online shopping cart. Make note of the order number and the total amount of your order.
  • Contact your bank and request a bank transfer of funds to our bank. The funds must be in the currency you selected to pay and equal to the total amount of your order. Please add * USD$ 20.00 wire transfer fee.
  • Instruct your bank to make reference to your order number in the transfer.
  • Provide your bank with the following information about our bank:

* Important: A $20.00 wire transfer fee is required on all wire transactions. This amount will added and notated as "Wire Transfer Fee" on invoice.
* Note that all funds must be received before your order is processed and shipped.

Wire transfer - paypal :
If you choose 'paypal' option, paypal account will be appeared in webpage when you finish making order and on order confirmation email. So please remember the paypal account and check that your email account in order is correct. We do not send other paypal invoice except the order confirm email which is sent when you make order.


• SHIPPING & HANDLING
Expected Delivery Time :
After your payment terms have been confirmed, (usually same day with Credit Card order) by our credit department, the items you ordered are processed and reserved for your order. Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process depending on the styles being ordered.
When all the items on your order are processed, your order will be filled and shipped. Because of our huge volume and ease of handling with FedEx and EMS we generally utilize the these network.
Delivery will normally take 3 - 7 business days for Express to deliver your package, either door to door, or door to airport. For most orders, delivery will be made to the actual address given. Please note that if you do not provide complete and accurate billing information, your order will be delayed until our shipping department receives the required information.

Product Availability :
On most items contact ZIN.T DESIGN will ship your product within 24-48 hours. On product not in stock, average delivery time is about 10 to 14 days after we check your payment.This process may takes more than noticed time. If we foresee a delay in shipping or possible backorder, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make you aware of any delays on your order. Contact ZIN.T DESIGN, will do everything it can to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one.

Shipping :
ZIN.T DESIGN, uses EMS and FedEX to ship your products. On some heavy items contact ZIN.T DESIGN will contact you by phone or e-mail with detailed shipping quote to your area.

Customs duty on International Orders :
We are not responsible for customs and duty on international orders. Items must be declared and insured for the full purchase price. If an item is not insured or declared for the full purchase price, buyer is responsible for any loss or damage during transit.


• RETURN & CHANGE

Returns [Return policy] :
If you need to return an item, please contact ZIN.T DESIGN by phone or E-Mail and request a RAN (Returned Authorization Number). Returned items MUST have the RAN (Returned Authorization Number) written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition. ZIN.T DESIGN will issue a refund "less shipping and a 25% restocking fee" for orders made in error by the customer within 10 days of date shipped, or if you order a product and change your mind about the order and wish to cancel the order after the product has been special ordered for you a 25% restock fee still applies plus shipping charges. 
Carton must be un-opened and all product accessories, manuals, etc., intact, new and un-used. After this 10 day period, it is at the discretion of ZIN.T DESIGN to accept any inventory back. Once a return authorization number has been issued, it is only valid for 15 days after issuance. After this 15 day period ZIN.T DESIGN will refuse product.
CLOSEOUTS, CUSTOM ORDERS ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

Merchandise Damaged In Delivery :
For your protection, do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected your product for damage. If the damaged merchandise is received, keep the original carton the product arrived in and take the following steps: Shipper-, FedEx and EMS contact quickly your local shipping company office for a damage inspection report. Request that Shipper. return the merchandise to the return address on the package or carton. Do not return the product or merchandise yourself as this may slow down or delay your credit or reorder. Shipper. will issue you a Damage Call Tag Number. After receiving this call tag number contact ZIN.T DESIGN and we will ask for the Damage Call Tag Number and issue you a Return Authorization Number. Shipper-Common Carrier, Trucking Company, Etc.., If a Trucking Company or Common Carrier delivers damaged merchandise to you at the address you requested, have the driver write down the nature of the damage on the Bill of Lading. Be sure both the driver and you sign this Bill of Lading. If damage to the merchandise is severe you may refuse the delivery. Be sure that the driver has noted the damage in detail, both of you have signed, and get your customer copy of receipt or Bill of Lading. Contact contact ZIN.T DESIGN for additional instructions.
 contact ZIN.T DESIGN is not responsible for all Not-inspected damage items at time of delivery.
Defective Merchandise:
Defective merchandise can be returned to contact ZIN.T DESIGN within 7 days of receipt of receiving the merchandise at the address you specified to us when the order was placed. Certain merchandise may require manufactures service first before the return is allowed in order to correct the problem. To return your product or merchandise call contact ZIN.T DESIGN right away.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS :
Some items are handmade and unique. Therefore there may be some minor variations in size, dimensions and look of each item.

Cancellations :
All order cancellations that are successfully submitted and processed before the order is processed and ships out from the warehouse does not subject to 25% restocking fee. At d contact ZIN.T DESIGN cancellations are possible for any reason and you will receive a complete refund less a 25% restock fee if returned. If the product or merchandise has already been processed or shipped, it is your responsibility to cover or pay all shipping and handling charges to you and back to us. All orders will have a 25% restocking fee if return is requested. All orders placed on-line or by phone will require a 25% restock fee if returned as well as freight paid by consumer back to us. contact ZIN.T DESIGN reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any membership policies at any time without notice. contact ZIN.T DESIGN at its discretion may also cancel an order prior to shipment from a free email account as well as as any other type email account. contact ZIN.T DESIGN also reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at anytime.

The Store has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information that we collect. We utilize a firewall and use SSL encryption to keep this information secure. We use your Internet protocol address to help identify you and your shopping cart, and to gather broad demographic information. Our site uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart so you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit.
